SCOPE
Cloud Services on all levels of abstraction (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) are mostly delivered with just a few or no service level agreements (SLA). In recent years, many activities had been investigating how to increase transparency in this domain and how to enable automated SLA negotiations, suggestions and guidance. On the other hand, SLAs need to be evaluated and thus the service needs to be monitored. Therefore, most activities for establishing SLAs are coupled with the monitoring of delivered services and evaluating the achieved service level objectives guaranteed in SLAs in order to detect violations or to collect information to prove the fulfilment of the SLA. In the scope of this workshop we will bring together researchers from various SLA domains and discuss cross-cutting solutions and approaches.
