Within the 17th International Conference on Cloud Computing and Services Science - CLOSER 2027
SCOPE
SIA-CES 2027 will bring together researchers, cloud engineers, security practitioners, service scientists, and industry professionals to examine how automation can be designed and operated securely across cloud, edge, multi-cloud, and cloud-continuum environments. The session will address the risks created when automated systems access cloud APIs, identities, credentials, data stores, orchestration platforms, service meshes, and external tools.
The session will explore secure orchestration, zero-trust architectures, identity and access management, confidential computing, privacy-preserving analytics, automated policy enforcement, runtime monitoring, explainability, incident response, and resilient service recovery. It will also consider data leakage, excessive permissions, insecure workflows, malicious automation, adversarial manipulation, supply-chain risks, regulatory compliance, accountability, and service-level assurance.
