Every paper (full, short or poster), in order to be included in the proceedings, needs to be registered until the deadlines below and must be presented at the conference. There is a reduction on fees for members of the listed associations.

Conference early registrations are accepted until:
Regular Papers:  February 16, 2012 (expired) (23:59 GMT)

The conference registration includes: access to all conference sessions and keynote lectures + lunches + coffee breaks + Book of Abstracts + 1 CD-ROM including all papers from the CLOSER conference.

* INSTICC members are entitled to discounts in all INSTICC conferences. Delegates who are not currently members of INSTICC will be offered the possibility of joining this Association during the registration process and get a complimentary membership for the year 2012.
